A leading London hospitality group is preparing to launch an exciting new premium pub and brasserie in West London, and we are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to join the team ahead of the November opening.
This is a genuine pre-opening opportunity where you will have significant input into the creation of the kitchen, food offering and team from the very beginning.

A Chance to Build Something From Scratch

Joining in November, you will become a key part of the pre-opening team and will have a genuine voice in how the operation is created.

Working alongside the senior team, your involvement will include:

Input into kitchen layout, design and equipment selection
Having a say in the selection of crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment and smallwares
Developing the food concept and creating the opening menus
Selecting suppliers and building strong long-term relationships with producers
Recruiting the entire kitchen brigade
Establishing kitchen systems, procedures and standards ahead of opening
Training and developing the team before launch
