Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor (Locum)

Salary: £50 to £75ph

An established and highly regarded regional commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor to join its busy team on an interim locum basis.

The firm has a strong and varied property disputes practice, and the successful locum will assist with an existing caseload covering matters such as:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Breach of lease, rent arrears and forfeiture
• Dilapidations and breach of covenant claims
• Business lease renewals
• Easements and rights of way
• Adverse possession, boundary and party wall disputes
• Property ownership/TOLATA disputes
• Farming and rural property disputes

Ideally, you will be an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor who can hit the ground running and handle matters with minimal supervision. Around 4+ years’ PQE would be useful as a guide, although applications are welcomed from candidates with the appropriate level of experience.

Location: Fully remote or on site/hybrid at office in Dorset/Somerset

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3 - 6 months, to assist during a recruitment gap

Hours: Full or part time

Rate: £50 to £75 per hour
