Personal Injury Solicitor / Fee Earner (NQ-3 Years PQE)

South Manchester | £35,000 - £50,000 DOE + Bonus | Hybrid Working | Free Parking

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a well-established and growing law firm based in South Manchester.

Working as part of a supportive, close-knit team, you will manage your own caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters, including RTA (Road Traffic Accident), Employers' Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims, while benefiting from ongoing training, development and genuine career progression opportunities.

This role would suit a newly qualified solicitor through to 3 years PQE, or an experienced PI Fee Earner with a proven track record of handling their own caseload.

The Role

• Managing your own caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters from instruction through to settlement
• Handling a mix of RTA, EL and PL claims
• Progressing both pre-litigated and litigated files
• Drafting legal documentation, witness statements and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties
• Negotiating settlements and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
• Delivering exceptional client care throughout the claims process
• Working collaboratively within a friendly and supportive team environment

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE), Legal Executive or experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner
• Experience managing your own caseload of Personal Injury claims
• Previous exposure to RTA, EL and PL matters
• Experience using the MOJ Portal would be advantageous
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities
• Ambitious and keen to continue developing your legal career
