Start Date: Immediate start available
Hours: 2–5 days per week (flexible shifts)
Shifts: Early (7:15–15:15), Late (14:00–22:00), or Double shifts
About the Role
As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll provide day-to-day care and emotional support for children and young people with special educational needs in a nurturing residential setting. You’ll help create moments of calm, connection, and growth — turning everyday routines into meaningful progress.
You don’t need previous experience in care; we welcome people from all walks of life who bring empathy, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others thrive. Full training and guidance will be provided before you start.
We work with a range of fantastic small and larger children’s residential homes, all offering excellent facilities for the children and warm, welcoming environments. We’re looking for passionate, dedicated people who want to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
