Quantity Surveyor

Job Title:- Quantity Surveyor Location-Central London Type:- Perm Salary:- Negotiable With a turnover of over £50 million, one of Uk’s Main Contractors are seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within JCT D&B Refurbishment &Fit out * Monthly review of profit reports to ascertain project cost position * Preparation of monthly valuations both client side and the supply chain * Negotiation and procurement of sub-contractor packages * Preparation of pre-tender profit plan * Management of cost changes throughout project * Preparation of cashflow forecasts * Assist with Agreement of final accounts both upstream & downstream * Assist with Preparation of main contract documentation, collateral warranties, and consultant appointment Ideal candidate must be immediately available, or a month's notice must be able to travel into central and have previous experience working with Tier 1 Main Contractors with JCT D&B ON projects over £10 million Should you meet the above requirements, please send your updated CV to the below email
