Multi Task Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Welders on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Nelson . This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term work with the potential for a permanent position.
The Role
As a Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds while working from engineering drawings and maintaining excellent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Welding mild steel components
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Fabricating and assembling metal products
Inspecting finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working effectively as part of a production team
Requirements
Previous welding experience
Ability to read engineering drawings
Good attention to detail
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Fabrication experience is advantageous but not essential
