The Hours You’ll Work; * 08.00am till 16.00pm * Then 06.00am till 14.00pm / 14.00pm till 22.00pm The Pay You’ll Receive; * £13.90 MTrec’s New Opportunity; * MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Shildon area. The Job You’ll Do; * Maintain and control quality documentation including inspection records, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and material certifications. * Coordinate with warehouse, quality assurance, and customer service teams to gather and file inspection data, test results, and batch records. * Support internal audits and process improvements by scheduling, documenting findings, and following up on actions. * Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, generating CoCs, and responding to quality-related inquiries. * Ensure traceability of materials and products throughout the manufacturing process. * Contribute to counterfeit parts prevention and foreign object debris (FOD) programs through record-keeping and awareness support. * Perform other duties as assigned to support the QC team and maintain compliance with aerospace quality standards. About You; * Minimum 2-3 years in quality administration, document control, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment. * Experience in aerospace, coatings/chemicals, or regulated industries (e.g., AS9100-certified) preferred. * Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) and aerospace regulations. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QMS software (e.g., ETQ, Oracle, or similar). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing large volumes of records. * Excellent written and verbal communication for preparing reports and interacting with cross-functional teams. * Ability to handle confidential information and maintain accuracy under deadlines. * Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
