Crisis Support Worker – Kings Lynn First Option Healthcare is recruiting experienced Crisis Support Workers in Kings Lynn to provide support to children and young people in crisis. Essential Requirements * Minimum 1 year’s experience supporting crisis packages * PMVA Training * Able to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments * At least 6 months’ experience in a crisis / mental health setting Experience supporting individuals with: * Eating Disorders * Learning Disabilities * Mental Health Needs * Child sexual exploitation * Drug & Alcohol Misuse Benefits * Weekly pay * Referral bonus scheme * Up to 3-month rolling rota * Ongoing clinical and operational support * Variety of specialist crisis placements
