About the role
Futureheads Recruitment | B Corp™ is seeking a commercially driven candidate for a hybrid role in business development. You will manage inbound enquiries, run outbound campaigns and build relationships across sectors to grow the pipeline.
Working with sales and marketing, you'll convert opportunities, keep CRM up to date (HubSpot), and travel to meet clients as needed, bringing warmth, clarity and a customer-first approach to every interaction.
