BMS Sales Manager North West, Hybrid £60,000 - £65,000 + Commission + Car + Benefits An established and growing building technology specialist in the North West is looking to appoint a BMS Sales Manager to support its expanding project pipeline and play a key role in future leadership. The Role This is a pure project sales position focused on BMS and smart building solutions across the North West. You will: * Manage the full sales lifecycle from enquiry through to project award * Prepare and submit detailed tenders (including points lists and estimates) * Work closely with internal delivery and technical teams * Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users * Attend client meetings and site visits Projects are varied, typically averaging £250k, with larger projects consistently reaching £1m+.
