This is temporary role for around 2 months to support the company with a backlog of work, though there could be an opportunity for the role to be made permanent on a part-time basis! The Role you will be doing; * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, documenting daily transactions, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring ledgers are accurate. * Processing Invoices - handling both incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely payments and preventing discrepancies in financial transactions. * Processing payments to external partners, issuing invoices, and managing the flow of cash within the organization. * Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports for management review, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. * Able to work Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4pm, Friday 7:30am to 12.30pm About You; * Previous purchase ledger experience is essential * Attention to Detail * Organizational Skills and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently. * Proficiency in Accounting Software such as SAP. * Strong Mathematical and Analytical Abilities
