VAT Associate Director - Financial ServicesMake an Impact within our VAT team at RSM UKOur VAT specialists work closely with colleagues across the firm to provide a joined-up service to a diverse range of clients, from middle market businesses to large corporations, combining expertise in accounting, audit and all relevant taxes. As an Associate Director - Financial Services in our London office, you will work with Partners and Directors, managing the interface between a group of clients and the firm to ensure that the agreed expectations of the clients in terms of service, quality, and cost are met. You’ll make an impact by:Identifying and advising on a wide range of VAT matters and undertaking specialist technical assignments. Leading due diligence projects and taking ownership of a client portfolio. Developing an advanced level of technical knowledge through personal development opportunities. Working in collaboration with partners and directors across all service lines to go out to market and support with business development activities in the region. Experience operating at Manager or Associate Director level or can demonstrate the skill set required to undertake an Associate Director role. Confident in helping to develop junior members of staff and driving forward a good team environment. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with demonstrated experience of client management.
