Electrician - Facilities & Building Services Temporary Contract | Up to £25 per hour Harrogate & North Yorkshire We are recruiting an experienced Facilities / Building Services Electrician for a temporary contract with an excellent employer, offering a strong working environment and long-term potential. You will be working across a large commercial site in Harrogate and multiple sites across North Yorkshire, carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding and installations. Key Responsibilities Planned & reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and building services systems Completion of PPMs in line with SLA and KPI requirements Fault???finding and repairs on: HVAC systems Lighting & emergency lighting Controls & emergency systems Water hygiene systems Fire alarm and sprinkler testing & maintenance Electrical installation work Supporting and leading M&E project work General site and facilities maintenance Candidate Profile Qualified Electrician (Facilities / Building Services / Commercial) Strong electrical bias with mechanical knowledge Experience within FM, building services or commercial environments Confident with PPMs, reactive maintenance and faultfinding Full UK driving licence preferred Travail Employment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
