Forge Operative - Die Plant

JOB TITLE:  Forge Operative - Die Plant LOCATION:  Halesowen HOURS:  39 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday (phone number removed)pm and Thursday (phone number removed)pm PAY:  £33,397 to £37897, plus overtime Are you an experienced Forge Operative with a background in industrial manufacturing? MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Report to Forges Team Leaders or Die Plant Manager with any issues with product, health and safety or machine breakdowns etc. Adhere to and encourage health and safety methods and procedures Inspection for all components throughout the process Support in continuous improvement Make sure all forging areas are tidy and organised  To work as efficiently as possible Forklift truck driving Drive Crane & Fork Truck Hardness testing Cleaning, tidying and improving the state of the department Lorry loading / unloading  Operate machinery around forging presses Sign off route card operations such as hardness testing REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Overhead crane license, Previous Forge experience Forklift license, Ideally Closing date 24.05.2026  (this may change depending on successful applications) Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are operating as an employment agency on behalf of its client.
