Software Operations Manager

At Logistex, we’re looking for a Software Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in how we build, develop, and scale our software engineering capability. What you’ll be doing as Software Operations Manager? * Leading recruitment, onboarding, and development of software engineers * Driving resource planning to ensure the team can meet current and future project demands * Managing and improving software processes, quality controls, and KPIs * Supporting project delivery through strong stakeholder collaboration * Mentoring and developing team members to maximise performance and engagement * Providing structure, reporting, and visibility across software operations You’ll work closely with project management, sales, IT, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment across the business.
