Our client, a global manufacturing organisation, is seeking a proactive Graduate Engineer to join its engineering team in Wrexham. You’ll gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, product development and sustainable technology projects while collaborating with engineering teams internationally. Job Description Support new product introduction projects from development through to mass production. Plan engineering experiments, evaluate products and analyse technical and manufacturing data. Support process improvements and problem-solving using engineering and continuous improvement methodologies. Contribute to sustainability and circular economy projects while collaborating with international engineering teams. Compensation £32,000 – £34,000 starting salary, with annual salary reviews. Company performance-related reward reviews and long-service recognition. Professional membership fees paid, plus gym, dental and healthcare-related discounts. 20 days' annual leave plus public holidays Days based role Skills & Experience Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills. Proactive approach with the ability to manage priorities and willingness to travel internationally when required. Knowledge of manufacturing, continuous improvement, sustainability or circular economy principles would be advantageous.
