About the role

Location: Birmingham Salary: DOE Hours: Full time - 8:30-3:30  As a Graduate SEN Teacher, you will work closely with experienced teachers and SEN professionals to deliver engaging, differentiated learning to pupils with a range of needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) ADHD Speech and Language Needs Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) You will help create a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment where every pupil can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of tailored lessons and interventions Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and engagement Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs Support behaviour management strategies positively and consistently Monitor and record pupil progress The Ideal Candidate Will Have A degree in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science, or a related field A genuine passion for working with children with additional needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and resilience An interest in pursuing a career in SEN education If you are interested please apply today by submitting your CV highlighting relevant experience. *Applications submitted without a CV will not be considered* All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
