Social Value Lead - Infrastructure Impact (Hybrid)

Mace is looking for a full-time Social Value Manager to join their Responsible Business team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering client-facing social value initiatives in the transport infrastructure market, ensuring that client requirements and strategies are executed efficiently.

The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing strong relationships with clients, and delivering high-value consultancy from RIBA Stages 1 to 7. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Social Value and strong organizational and communication skills.
