Lead ML / Data Scientist

With a strong consulting culture and growing AI footprint, they’re tackling meaningful public health challenges using ML, NLP and simulation. You’ll work with public health & social care stakeholders to solve critical challenges — from fall prevention using clinical data to streamlining patient care pathways. The role combines technical depth with consulting breadth, requiring both hands-on ML work and the ability to influence delivery at scale. Build and deploy ML and NLP models for public health and social care • Work with structured data, clinical notes and unstructured healthcare datasets • Partner with client teams to define, iterate, and deliver data-driven solutions • On-site 3+ days/week with UK healthcare clients • Python, NLP libraries, MLflow, Databricks, Azure, simulation tools • Visa : This role cannot sponsor
