Support Worker

Hours: * 7.00am - 19.00pm (day) * 19.00pm to 7.00am (sleep night) Please note: JAM CARE does not offer sponsorship. About the Role JAM CARE is looking for compassionate and dedicated Support worker to care for a client with complex needs in their own home in Whitchurch. You will be supporting an adult with learning disabilities, delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a real difference in someone’s life.
