Job Opportunity: Project Manager 🌟 📍 Location: Near Swadlincote / Church Gresley 💷 Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 ⏰ Start Date: ASAP 🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday with half day Friday ⚙️ Flexi Hours: Start between 7:45am–8:15am, finish between 4:30pm–5:00pm Join a global manufacturing business and play a key role in delivering new product introductions and operational projects across a busy engineering environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer ready to step into Project Management, an established Project Manager, or a Senior Project Manager seeking a new challenge. 🔧 About the Role: • Manage new product introduction (NPI) and operational improvement projects • Act as the key point of contact between customers, suppliers, stakeholders and manufacturing teams • Drive projects through the business, ensuring actions are completed and milestones achieved • Work closely with Production Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Leadership teams • Support the implementation of new work and product transfers within the factory • Coordinate activities across departments to ensure successful project delivery 🎯 What We're Looking For: • Engineering or manufacturing background is essential • Previous Project Engineering or Project Management experience • Around 4–5 years' experience for candidates looking to step up from Project Engineer • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Proactive approach with the confidence to challenge, influence and drive actions • Automotive, Aerospace or similar manufacturing experience desirable • Senior candidates with people management experience are also encouraged to apply 🚀 What's in It for You: • £40,000 – £55,000 salary depending on experience • Early finish every Friday • Flexible start and finish times • Opportunity to join as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager • Clear progression opportunities within the business • Stable, growing manufacturing environment
