About the role

Customer Services Exec – Doncaster – up to £30k plus bonus Our client is a growing local manufacturer who are focused on delivering the best service and products to customers in a range of sectors. They need a professional and capable individual to be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product and service information and ensuring a positive customer experience. The duties of the customer services exec, include: Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat. Providing accurate information regarding products, services and pricing etc. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through courteous and empathetic interactions. Although there aren’t many, you will investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to relevant departments when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer experience and recommending process improvements for ongoing issues. A large part of the role is customer orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refund and coordinating everything with logistics, sales, finance and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery. To apply for the customer services exec position, you will need to have: A minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, internal sales operations, customer support or a related role (experience using CRM systems is preferred). Excellent communication skills and strong computer skills, fully competent with all relevant software applications (MS Office Word & Excel, Outlook etc.). Good level of Maths and English, ideally along with a formal qualification in Business Admin, Communications, Sales or a related field, although this is not essential. What is essential is enthusiasm, commitment and positivity.
