SMT Operator

VIBE Recruit is looking for a motivated individual to support our fast growing client based in Cwmbran. You will have a key role in ensuring customers' orders are ready on time and with care. Shifts: Mon-Thursday Days: 5.30am-3pm and Afternoons: 2.30pm-Midnight Salary: £16.56 per h Responsibilities: Load and unload materials onto the SMT machines. Operate and monitor SMT machines during the assembly process. Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues to minimise downtime. Monitor the SMT process to identify and address any defects or issues. Work closely with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to achieve production goals and resolve issues.
