Location: Chipping Norton, Oxford
Pay: £29,952.00 Per Annum
Hours: 24-36 Hours Per Week – Days
A well-established, highly regarded elderly care provider based in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside near Chipping Norton. This welcoming and professionally run service provides high-quality residential care within a warm, homely environment and is now seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join their dedicated team.

The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of care while supporting and guiding the wider care team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring, and supporting care staff on shift
Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Supporting residents with daily living needs in a dignified and respectful manner
Administering medication (training provided if required)
Maintaining accurate care plans and documentation
Promoting a safe, calm, and positive environment
Encouraging resident engagement, independence, and wellbeing
About You
We are looking for someone who is caring, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional care.
You will ideally have:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
Experience in a senior care role within a nursing or care home
Strong communication and leadership skills
A compassionate, team-focused approach
Medication training (desirable but not essential)
A genuine passion for high-quality elderly care
