Job Overview Architect job in Gloucester for an ARB Registered Architect with at least 5 years post-qualification experience. This role focuses on leading projects through technical design and construction stages across defence and commercial developments, coordinating consultants, managing technical delivery and maintaining design quality throughout project execution. Role & Responsibilities * Lead technical design and construction stage projects * Produce detailed Revit drawing packages * Coordinate consultants and specialist subcontractors * Prepare and manage NBS specifications * Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance Working across RIBA stages, you will oversee project delivery, maintain communication with stakeholders and support coordinated design solutions through construction. Skills & Experience Required * ARB Registered Architect * Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience * Strong technical design and detailing skills * Revit proficiency within a BIM environment * Construction stage project delivery experience * Knowledge of UK Building Regulations * Understanding of the Building Safety Act * Familiarity with CDM requirements * Consultant coordination experience * Strong communication and organisational skills Salary & Benefits * £42,000 - £50,000 salary * Hybrid and flexible working * Pension and life insurance * CPD support and memberships paid * Bonus, wellbeing support and team activities About Hunter Dunning Hunter Dunning is a specialist property and built environment recruitment consultancy established in 2004, focused on quality and long-term partnerships in the UK and Ireland property and construction market.
