Key Responsibilities * Manage a complex caseload, delivering systemically-informed social work practice. * Assess risk and need, develop care plans, and safeguard children effectively. * Build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals to achieve positive outcomes. * Lead on child protection work, including investigations, planning, and court proceedings. * Produce high-quality reports and maintain accurate case records. * Support and mentor less experienced colleagues where appropriate.
