HGV Class 2 Driver

Thrive Oldham are recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers in the Middleton Area

The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.
Ad-hoc ongoing - potential Temp to Perm
Rate of pay: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 6.30am - Finish - Monday to Friday
Location: Middleton
Purpose of the job
You will be required to provide, in a safe and effective manner, to deliver goods from Middleton to various locations including Newcastle, Birmingham and Derby

Duties to include but not limited to:
Undertaking vehicle checks each morning and report any defects.
Working as part of a team.
Ensuring that the highest level of customer care is maintained.
Work may include more than one location
Helper will have loaded vehicle, may need to help if needed
Requirements:

Must hold and be able to HGV Class 2 vehicle and hold a CPC and Digi-Tacho
Knowledge of the current transport regulations
Ability to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism
Polite and friendly manner at all times
Ability to drive in all weather conditions
