About the role

Immediate need for a Commercial Lawyer to join a growing financial services business in the Bath/Bristol area. Day rate contract, inside IR35, 3-6 months with potential to go permanent. Hybrid working, schedule flexible depending on contractor location.
Australian/NZ Lawyers with relevant experience in the FS/fintech sector also encouraged to apply.

Reporting to the Head of Legal you will hold a varied role covering:
drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements
advising on data privacy matters
You will ideally be 3+ years as a guide with experience gained in a similar capacity as a commercial lawyer preferably within the FS or fintech sectors. Head of Interim Legal Search
