Salary: From £50,000 + 10% bonus (paid quarterly)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am5pm with on-call duties (1 in 9)
We are recruiting for three Registered Managers, each to lead a residential childrens home in Stone, Tutbury, and Eccleshall.

- Manage a residential childrens home in line with legislation and company standards
- Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
- Develop and implement care and service development plans
- Lead, support, and develop staff teams
- Ensure compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and Care Standards Act 2000
- Manage rotas, staffing, and performance standards
- Work with external agencies and stakeholders
- Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections
- Experienced leader within xwzovoh a childrens residential setting
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and childcare legislation
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Committed to improving outcomes for young people
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Senior experience within a childrens residential home
- Sound knowledge of Children Act 1989 and Childrens Homes Regulations 2015
- Full UK driving licence preferred
