Salary: From £50,000 + 10% bonus (paid quarterly)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am5pm with on-call duties (1 in 9)

About the Role

We are recruiting for three Registered Managers, each to lead a residential childrens home in Stone, Tutbury, and Eccleshall.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a residential childrens home in line with legislation and company standards
  • Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
  • Develop and implement care and service development plans
  • Lead, support, and develop staff teams
  • Ensure compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and Care Standards Act 2000
  • Manage rotas, staffing, and performance standards
  • Work with external agencies and stakeholders
  • Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections
About You
  • Experienced leader within xwzovoh a childrens residential setting
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and childcare legislation
  • Proven ability to manage and develop teams
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Committed to improving outcomes for young people
Requirements
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Senior experience within a childrens residential home
  • Sound knowledge of Children Act 1989 and Childrens Homes Regulations 2015
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
