Site Manager Location: Bilborough, Nottingham Start Date: Monday 01/06/2026 Duration: 4 Weeks Rate: £32.42 per hour Site Manager - Re-Roofing Project - Local Authority - Bilborough, Nottingham I'm working with a contractor delivering re-roofing works for a local authority who are looking to appoint a Site Manager to support an existing Site Manager on a live project in Bilborough, Nottingham. This role will involve assisting with the day-to-day management of roofing works, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the programme is delivered safely and efficiently across occupied properties. The Role: Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of re-roofing works Coordinating roofing subcontractors and site activities Assisting with site records, progress reports, and documentation Liaising with residents, client representatives, and internal teams Helping maintain safe and organised working areas throughout the projectKey Requirements: Previous experience on roofing or external refurbishment projects Experience working on local authority or social housing contracts preferred Strong organisational and communication skills SMSTS, CSCS (White or Black), and First Aid essential
