Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites
• Ensure cleaning services meet client specifications and company standards
• Conduct regular audits and implement improvements
• Lead, recruit, and develop cleaning teams
• Manage staff performance, attendance, and scheduling
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Monitor service delivery using systems (e.g. Timegate)
• Support operational delivery, including hands-on cleaning where required

About You -Essential:

• Experience in contracts management or supervisory roles within cleaning or FM
• Proven experience managing multi-site teams
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards and Health & Safety
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Confident managing performance and client relationships
• Experience with workforce/time management systems

Desirable:

• IOSH or similar Health & Safety qualification
• Experience in education, healthcare, or large contracts
• Knowledge xwzovoh of cleaning technologies and specialist equipment
