AI & Data - Data Management Practitioner £640-£685 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35) Location: Central London (30 Fenchurch Street) - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) Contract Duration: Dec 2026 Sector: Healthcare / Public Sector Overview We are looking for an experienced Data Management Practitioner to join a leading AI & Data team supporting a high-profile NHS programme: Next Gen Mail & Collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major digital transformation within a UK healthcare environment, working alongside specialists in data, AI, and large-scale enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain robust data management practices across the programme Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organisational and regulatory standards Support data lifecycle management including data acquisition, storage, transformation, and usage Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver effective data solutions Develop and maintain data cataloguing, lineage, and metadata management processes Support data migration, integration, and optimisation activities Contribute to data policy creation and ensure adherence to best practices Work closely with AI and analytics teams to enable data-driven decision-making Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in data management, data governance, or data quality disciplines Strong understanding of data frameworks, standards, and best practices Experience working within large-scale or regulated environments (healthcare/public sector desirable) Familiarity with data tools, platforms, and governance technologies Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Additional Information Hybrid working model: 2 days per week onsite in central London Competitive daily rate: £640-£685 (Umbrella, Inside IR35) Immediate impact role on a critical national healthcare programme
