Senior Vehicle Technician In Poole, Independent Used Car Dealership Our client, a reputable independent used car dealership based in Poole, is seeking a skilled Senior Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work within a friendly and respected team, delivering high-quality vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics. Benefits for the successful Senior Vehicle Technician: * Up to £50,000 basic salary, with no unrealistic bonus expectations * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with Saturday mornings on rota * Very competitive salary package * On-site parking provided free of charge * Tool insurance coverage * Pension contributions * Opportunities for career development within a successful dealership Duties of the Senior Vehicle Technician: * Conduct accurate and efficient servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles * Identify faults and ensure all work complies with manufacturer and industry standards * Record materials used and time spent on each job accurately * Conduct road tests to verify repair quality * Complete auto electrical tasks on vehicle components * Assist with picking up and delivering vehicles for external repair specialists as required * Maintain high standards of safety and quality at all times Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Senior Vehicle Technician within the motor trade * Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification * Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently * Good attention to detail and organisational skills * Full UK driving licence If this Senior Vehicle Technician role aligns with your experience and career goals, and you are looking to join a professional team dedicated to quality service, we invite you to apply.
