We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join our dedicated team at Thrive Fostering, where we put children and foster families at the heart of everything we do. You will support a small caseload of foster carers, helping them provide safe, stable, and loving homes for children. What you will do: * Offer regular supervision and support to foster carers. * Ensure placements are safe, stable, and meet children’s needs. * Complete assessments and reports (including Form F assessments). * Liaise with local authorities and attend reviews and planning meetings. * Contribute to foster carer training and development.
