The successful candidate will lead and manage a range of projects (both technical and business-focused), coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are robust, compliant with internal processes, and effectively delivered to the business.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple concurrent projects, including budget oversight, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, time, and quality standardsProvide constructive challenge to technical and business decisions using a logical, evidence-based approachOversee and coordinate multiple workstreams within projectsResearch and evaluate technologies to address business needs and challengesGather and analyse business requirements, translating them into clear, measurable deliverablesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and take ownership of continuous professional developmentOptimise the use of resources and team capacityManage third-party vendors and consultants, and collaborate with stakeholders across the firmIdentify opportunities to enhance existing systems and processesProduce and maintain accurate project and technical documentationRequirementsStrong communication, collaboration, and presentation skillsMinimum of 5 years' experience delivering technology solutions within a business environmentProven ability to analyse complex requirements and develop structured, logical solutionsAt least 3 years' project management experienceHighly self-motivated with strong organisational and prioritisation skillsAbility to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalismDesirable: Experience using project management toolsDesirable: Track record of delivering effective, scalable solutionsDesirable: Experience managing complex, multi-faceted projectsDesirable: Background in legal or professional services environmentsDesirable: Relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum)Desirable: Understanding of cyber security principles
