Work Pattern:

Week 1: Friday night 6pm-6am & Sunday day 6am-6pm. Week 2: Saturday day 6am-6pm. This is a part-time position.

Pay:

£15.00 per hour

Care experience is not essential as full training will be provided but preferred About the role This role would suit a recent university graduate or an individual with an interest in Psychology! Our client is looking forward to the second year of their degree in Psychology at the University of Warwick from September. She enjoys her independence and will be staying in university student accommodation. Our client is looking for a team of friendly, honest and respectful personal care assistants to provide her health and social support. This role goes far beyond simply care work and includes all the fun things you'd expect a 2nd year university student to be doing, like going out and socialising! Duties include Supporting with personal care and daily living Cooking, cleaning, shopping and other domestic tasks Accompanying our client to university, appointments and social activities Supporting with travel and accessing venues Driving our client's adapted manual vehicle Providing support during university holidays when she returns home to Dudley About our client Our client has Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 2 and is a full-time wheelchair user.
