Role: Customer Service Executive
Location: Central Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working)
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £14.50 per hour

Must be available to start within one week
Previous customer service experience is essential
Only candidates with a customer service background will be considered
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join our client's successful team on a long-term temporary basis.

Duties of a Customer Service Executive:
Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
Providing a high level of customer service at all times
Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
Managing more complex enquiries with empathy and attention to detail
Updating customer records accurately
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive customer outcomes
Following company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
What we would like from you:
Previous customer service experience is essential
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A positive and professional attitude
Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Available to start within one week
