Head of Digital Marketing & Performance
Location - Liverpool
Hours - Monday – Friday
Contract type - Permanent
Salary - Generous Base Salary
We’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Digital Growth to lead acquisition, retention and performance across the Love2shop brand portfolio.
This is a high-impact role with clear accountability for traffic, customer growth, channelperformance, and revenue delivery. You’ll turn trading priorities into digital activity that drives measurable commercial outcomes.
This isn’t just about running channels; it’s about owning performance, making smart decisions, and delivering results.
The role:
Owning acquisition and retention strategy across PPC, SEO, Paid Social, CRM, Email, Affiliates, Display and Content
Delivering qualified traffic, customer growth and ROI aligned to trading and revenue targets
Align channel plans with trading, onsite performance and key campaigns
Working closely with Finance on CAC, LTV, forecasting and ROI performance
Leading weekly performance reviews, driving optimisation and continuous improvement
Owning forecasting, insight and board-level reporting for digital performance
Managing agencies and internal specialists against clear KPIs and budgets
Identifying growth opportunities through data, audience insight and customer behaviour
Maintaining strong control of digital spend, governance and measurement
Driving a test-and-learn culture to unlock new growth levers
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience leading digital growth / performance marketing at scale
Strong track record of delivering commercial outcomes, not just activity
Experience working closely with e-commerce, trading or commercial teams
Highly analytical with strong forecasting and performance management capability
Confident influencing senior stakeholders and presenting at board level
Comfortable operating in a high-accountability, results-driven environment
Strong understanding of ROI, budget control and performance governance
Experience in a multi-channel or multi-brand environment preferred
