About the role
Our client, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join their team. This role offers a part-time contract position, requiring onsite attendance and a commitment to excellence in administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with checking technical reports
Producing Excel spreadsheets
Handling data enquiries from technicians and material suppliers
Updating technical spreadsheets
Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements:
Core skills in administration
Experience in the highways sector
Knowledge and proficiency in Excel
A valid driving licence (category B)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to commit to a part-time schedule of 22.5 hours per week
