The Role Reporting to the Managing Director will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience, leading all core functions including customer support, compliance, supply chain and logistics. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic vision and operational rigour. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the development and execution of a bold, customer experience strategy * Drive organisational and operational change across UK and European markets * Build and mentor a high-performing team * Champion innovation and blue sky thinking * Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards Candidate Profile We are seeking a commercially astute, strategically minded leader with a strong track record of growing a B2B and B2C customer service operations. You will be entrepreneurial, results-driven, and capable of leading a business through rapid change and transformation.
