BRB Recruit is currently working with a national provider that is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to open and lead a brand-new 2-bed children's residential home in Shropshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a manager who enjoys building services the right way from day one. What's on Offer? * £50,000 - £60,000 salary DOE * Welcome Bonus * Significant performance-related bonus * Opportunity to open and shape a brand-new home * Dedicated HR and recruitment support * Strong support from senior leaders and operational teams * Ongoing training and development * Excellent long-term career progression opportunities Requirements * Previous experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager within a children's residential home. * Hold a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Children's Residential Care. * Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. * Full UK driving licence. * Passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes. * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * Good understanding of safeguarding, legislation, Ofsted requirements, and best practice within children's residential services. * Must meet Regulation 28 Ofsted Children's Home requirements in terms of management experience.
