Construction Manager – Commercial Office Fit-Out Location: London Salary: £60,000–£65,000 + package Sector: Commercial Office Fit-Out Employment: Permanent The Role We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to take responsibility for the on-site delivery of commercial office fit-out projects across London. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who is confident managing site teams, subcontractors and trades while ensuring the works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day construction and fit-out activities on site. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams. Ensure works are delivered in line with the agreed programme and construction sequence. Monitor quality, progress, health & safety and site standards. Coordinate with the Project Manager and wider project team. Manage site logistics, sequencing and short-term planning. Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and other project stakeholders when required. Identify and resolve issues affecting programme, quality or delivery. Ensure projects are handed over to the required standard.Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Manager / Site Manager / Senior Site Manager within commercial office fit-out. Strong understanding of CAT A / CAT B fit-out. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades. Strong programme and site delivery knowledge. SMSTS and CSCS required. Excellent communication and organisational skills. London commercial fit-out experience highly desirable
