Painter & Decorator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our clients team to work on high end Bespoke projects . The successful candidate will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality results and a professional appearance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic to contribute to diverse projects across construction and refurbishment sites. Please not you must have a valid CSCS card The position involves working both independently and as part of a team, with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities * Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure proper adhesion of paint or finishes. * Apply paint, varnish, or other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and attention to detail. * Mix paints and colours to achieve desired shades and consistency. * Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. * Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the project duration. * Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress or any issues encountered. * Assist in the setup and breakdown of work areas as required. Experience * Prior experience in construction painting or related roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates. * Valid driving licence is desirable to facilitate travel between sites. * Good communication skills in English are essential for understanding instructions and liaising with clients and colleagues. * Familiarity with different types of paints, coatings, and application techniques is advantageous. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of quality.
