ROLE TITLE: Junior Performance Analyst
LOCATION: London - Hybrid
CLEARANCE: Must have 5 years continuous UK residency. The ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance.
We are actively looking to secure a Junior Performance Analyst to join Experis.

Role Summary
Junior Performance Analyst supporting a project team by measuring, tracking and assessing performance outcomes. The role focuses on building and maintaining a performance measurement framework, ensuring data accuracy and quality, and producing clear analysis and reporting that helps the team understand progress, identify risks, and make informed decisions.
The analyst will work closely with project colleagues and wider stakeholders, share information appropriately, and help define what success looks like for the project. They should be comfortable working independently, adapting analysis techniques to new contexts, and escalating for guidance when needed.
Essential Skills
