Infrastructure Support Solutions LTD (ISS Labour) are currently recruiting experienced PWAY gangs for ongoing rail infrastructure works across London. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and safety-conscious track operatives and track gangs looking for consistent long-term work. Requirements: * Experienced PWAY gangs only * Valid rail competencies and Sentinel cards essential * Experience in track maintenance, renewals, and associated rail works * Ability to work safely within a team environment What We Offer: * Ongoing work across London * 5–6 shifts per week available * Umbrella PAYE payment * Competitive rates * Immediate starts available for the right candidates We are looking for dependable and hardworking teams who can commit to regular shifts and maintain high safety standards on site.
