Business Development Manager – Watford/London £50,000 - £62,500 + Bonus + car or allowance
We are partnering with a pioneering sustainability technology company to recruit a Business Development Manager. This organisation delivers innovative solutions that support recycling and circular economy initiatives, helping businesses and communities reduce environmental impact. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a commercially driven individual to accelerate growth and build strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across target markets
* Build and manage strong client relationships through a consultative, field-based sales approach
* Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with tailored solutions
* Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a field sales or business development role
* Strong track record of winning new business and managing client relationships
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
* Interest in sustainability or technology-led solutions is highly desirable
Package:
* £55,000 – £65,000 base salary
* Attractive bonus and benefits package
