About Us:
South Lincolnshire Academies Trust has over 550 teaching and support staff working in the four schools (Bourne Academy, Spalding Academy, Giles Academy and Cowley Academy) that make up our highly successful Trust.
South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint exceptional Pastoral Leads (SEND Focus)
to provide highly effective, relational, day‑to‑day pastoral support for students with special educational needs and/or disabilities, with a position available in each of our four schools.
This is a non‑teaching role, working closely with the SEN Manager and Pastoral teams to ensure students with additional needs are safe, supported, included and able to thrive both academically and socially.
Working as an integral part of the Pastoral team, the role will include:
- Providing targeted pastoral support to students with SEND, including those with EHCPs and those receiving SEN Support;
