About the role

Some advisers are happiest with straightforward residential cases. Others enjoy the ones that don't fit the usual box: the client with complex income, the bridging deal that needs to move quickly, the development project, the commercial purchase, or the customer who needs a Sharia-compliant solution.

If you're in the second group, or want to be, you need more than a standard lender panel behind you.

Specialist support built into the group

TRY Mortgage Network is part of a wider group that includes our own specialist lending arm. When a case gets complicated, you're working with people inside the same organisation who know the market and know you. You won't be passing your client to an external referral and hoping for the best.

What you can offer your clients

  • Residential and buy to let
  • Bridging and development finance
  • Commercial lending
  • Sharia finance
  • Retirement interest only and later-life lending
  • Classic car finance
  • Protection, with an extensive protection panel
  • Whole of market lender panel and master broker services

Offering a wider range means fewer clients you have to turn away and more of each client relationship you can keep.

The practical side

You'll run your own self-employed business, with your own clients and your own diary. You'll have direct access to compliance for straight answers on the harder cases, the OMS platform from day one, and competitive, transparent commission splits.

Who we're looking for

You're CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with mortgage and protection advice experience, and self-employed or seriously considering it. Experience in specialist or complex lending is a real advantage. So is a genuine interest in building it, if residential-only work has started to feel limiting.

Salary: Commission only
Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the UK
Hours: You control your working week

If you want to find out what writing more specialist business could look like with the right support, let's have an honest conversation.

We welcome applications from advisers anywhere in the UK, including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Sheffield, Nottingham, Cardiff and beyond.
