Senior Engineer, Product Design Engineering

You’ll take the technical lead on drainage and SuDS design for major highways and infrastructure projects, at a major Civil Engineering client in Watford , developing solutions that reduce flood risk and enhance sustainability. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll deliver compliant, innovative, and cost-effective water management systems from concept to completion. What you will need Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or closely related field) Proven experience delivering drainage and SuDS designs on highways or infrastructure projects Proficiency in MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage, or ICM for hydraulic and hydrological modelling Solid understanding of UK standards and legislation ( DMRB, CIRIA SuDS Manual, Flood and Water Management Act ) Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to lead and mentor others What’s in it for you Salary between £61,000–£65,000 , with clear progression opportunities Pension scheme , with the ability to switch to matching contributions up to 8% after 6 months.
